she made us this amazing sprouted lentil and cilantro salad...beyond delish.
{STEPHANIE'S SPROUTED LENTIL & CILANTRO SALAD} :
1 bunch of cilantro washed and chopped
1 cup of chopped toasted unsalted almonds
2 Tbl cup sprouted brown lentils
mix well and add dressing of:
1/8 - 1/4 olive oil
tsp of cumin
pinch of salt & pepper
squeeze of lemon juice
sprinkle of garlic powder
enjoy!
